I bought this full size bottle of the Obagi Nu-Derm Toner to replace my travel size one that I ran out of that was recommended to me from my dermatologist for acne scars. The whole Obagi kit is the best stuff ever! I have been using it only once a day at night time for the past 3 1/2 to 4 months and my hyperpigmentation from my acne, that I have finally got under control with medication, is almost completely gone. I highly recommend the whole Obagi line, even though it can be quite expensive. I also recommend that you buy the whole system on Amazon, because they charge anywhere from $150 to $250 dollars at the dermatology office. Its a lot cheaper on Amazon.

my daughter has a couple of these, probably caught at day care or swimming pool. I have used chryotherapy with ‘over the counter’ Wartner. I have applied it for short bursts in order to not burn the skin. The first attempt was successful however the MC are so tiny that there are additional new MC and the core has not developed fully – it is not possible to zap them. How do I rid her of the repeating virus? Please can you offer any advise?

Try PoxiDerm from Dalos BioPharma (dalosbio is the internet site). Its the only agent with published activity (AAD Abstracts, 2010) against molluscum. The only topical antiviral with activity against pox viruses. Dermatologists and pediatricians are now recommending it.

Molluscum Contagiosum can lead to inflammation on spots around them

so if you had it on your hands it is possible that you are effected by inflammation signs similair to the ones of a rheumatoid arthritis (which is also known to affect the hands very strongly)

I’m thirteen too. I have really bad acne on my forehead, but if you use the right foundation it won’t make you breakout. Nuetrogena (I don’t know how to spell it) makes a foundation that actually helps.

How would you know? my son was diagnosed with it at 3 yrs old. The dermatologist was gross said there was no cure/treatment & said I had to flick them off with a dull knife. Actually it disappeared then reappeared, it seems his mother when she had him wasn’t keeping up with the oil. 3/4 of a 1/2 cup of Hydrogen Peroxide in every bath worked best, it hasn’t returned. @fluteygurl0 if they sterilize their cloves or if they already come sterilized and they touch the extractor it’s sterilized all the way up to the pt’s face. However, if they use gloves that arent sterilized then yes, you are correct. At one point the the extractor was sterilized.

I had a doctor that said I had this back when I was 15. So my mom agreed to have them burnt off. It hurt so bad, & come to find out after I switched doctors, I never had this at all! My old doctor took a biopsy but must of lied! When a bump came back two years later my new Doc. looked at it and told me to stop shaving to see if it went away and it did. Come to find out, I have very sensitive skin I can’t use razors so now I use wax. I never had a problem since. My old Doc. just made $ off me!

And the outside of the alcohol package is not sterile, so regardless of whether the gloves were sterile to begin with or not (and I suspect they are not), they weren’t sterile when he touched to remover. Therefore it’s not a sterile procedure.

i find that sponges work much better for me than brushes do. i soak the sponge in water and apply extremely thin layers all over my face over the course of about 10 minutes, then stipple extra foundation onto my acne. i have pretty bad acne most the time, and i’ve found that i can achieve amazing coverage with a wet (new! never used) sponge, mac studio fix fluid and some patience.

My immune system is excellent. Im mad because you’re spreading information that is crap. Oils are not the best way to treat the problem. I never said it returned, why would you assume that?

Can someone have chronic pneumonia as it seems like for six months I’ve been just hacking my head off. Nothing seems to work (cough medicines, Claritin,etc), so I was prescribed antibiotics today. Hopefully that will work, but I have to see how my blood tests come out. Would anyone have a clue of what is wrong with me?
