Unfortunately, I’m dealing with this MCV my self. I also went swimming a lot this summer and then noticed them on my right thigh then it spread upward. My OB/GYN seen me for this and said it was MCV and it would go away on it’s own. Then I saw my Derm and she treated with Cryo therapy but it was painful and it spread. also, swimming pools as well as hot tubs harbor many bacteria (even some deadly ones) so the chlorine in the pool is not always as safe as people think it is.
